PurePortal
Terms of Use
These terms cover use of pureportal.io, including the contact form and AI chat. Separate project terms apply exclusively to commissioned client work.
01Provider and scope
The provider is Andreas Ehrhardt, trading as PurePortal, Hohenzollernstraße 17, 72172 Sulz am Neckar, Germany. These Terms apply only to the free use of this website and its publicly accessible functions.
02Information and enquiries
Descriptions of services, projects, technologies or prices are non-binding information and not contractual offers. No contract for a paid service is formed by visiting the website or sending a message through the contact form or AI chat. Such a contract is formed only by a separate agreement.
03AI chat
Responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. They are not legal, tax, financial, medical or other professional advice and should be checked against reliable sources before making a decision.
Do not submit passwords, access keys, special categories of personal data or confidential information belonging to third parties. The Privacy Policy explains how chat data is processed.
04Acceptable use
You may use the website only lawfully and without impairing other people or our systems. In particular, you must not:
- submit unlawful, harmful or deceptive content;
- circumvent security measures or usage limits;
- introduce malware, automated load or attacks against the website, infrastructure or third parties;
- infringe third-party rights or impersonate another person.
05Availability and limits
There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability or a particular response time. We may limit, change or temporarily suspend functions for security, maintenance or capacity reasons. A session limit applies to the chat, and daily limits apply to the chat and contact form.
06Intellectual property
The website's content, design and software may be protected by copyright or other rights. Normal use of the website and uses permitted by law remain allowed; no additional rights are granted. Identified third-party rights remain unaffected.
07Liability
Statutory liability rules apply. Notices about possible errors in AI-generated content and the absence of guaranteed continuous availability do not restrict mandatory claims, including claims for injury to life, body or health, intent, gross negligence or under product liability law.
08Governing law and contact
German law applies. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which a consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected. Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].
